Our Vietnamese applicants and candidates are dedicated to full-time German language study to best prepare for study, work, and life in Germany

  • Complete 300 to 600 hours of German language training

We are not only looking for candidates with sufficient training and certification, but also for applicants with a natural affinity for learning and the ability to improve quickly and learn new things

A1

ELEMENTARY LANGUAGE USE
  • Can understand and use familiar, everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at meeting specific needs.

  • Can introduce themselves and others and ask and answer questions on everyday topics, for example, about people and places, as well as make common requests and demands.

  • Can communicate in a simple way and understand everyday expressions when addressed directly and spoken slowly, clearly, and repeatedly.

A2

  • Can communicate in routine situations requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and common topics/things, for example, descriptions of people, living or working conditions, daily routines, likes and dislikes, etc.

  • Can describe the immediate surroundings and things in simple terms related to immediate needs.

  • Can understand phrases and words related to matters of most immediate relevance (for example, personal and family information, shopping, work, local area).

INDEPENDENT LANGUAGE USE
  • Can manage language skills in all important, routine everyday situations, for example, at work, school, or during leisure time.

  • Can exchange, verify, and confirm information, deal with less routine situations, and explain why something is problematic.

  • Can provide straightforward descriptions or reports on a variety of familiar topics within their own area of interest, for example, reporting on their own experiences, feelings, and reactions, or describing dreams, hopes, and goals.

  • Can express opinions on topics of everyday life using simple phrases and provide brief reasons and explanations in conversations or discussions.

  • Can provide clear and detailed descriptions and illustrations on a wide range of topics within their own field of interest, developing ideas and supporting them with subordinate points and relevant examples

  • Can explain their point of view on a problem and give the advantages and disadvantages of various options, building up their argument logically.

  • Can communicate so spontaneously and fluently that normal conversation and ongoing relationships with competent speakers of the target language are easily possible without significant effort on either side.

  • Can understand longer texts of various structures, provided difficult passages can be read several times.

According to the Federal Foreign Office and the German Embassy, a German level of A2 is sufficient to apply for a visa for training, study or employment.
