Arranging interviews

• When we have secured suitable applicants and candidates, we arrange up to three virtual interviews for you to meet and evaluate the applicants and candidates as needed

Give feedback and decision: To hire or to continue looking?

• Within one week of the interviews, we arrange a meeting with us where you share your decision and feedback.

• If you wish to hire the applicants and candidates, we will handle the next steps, including visa processing, entry into Germany, or additional language or professional training, etc.

• Upon request, we will gladly continue our search for the best candidates for you and will promptly introduce new applicants and candidates to you and arrange interviews accordingly.

Visa procedure and Entry into Germany

• With our networks and knowledge of procedures and systems in Vietnam, we promptly and efficiently handle the visa and entry procedures and all associated documents and processes to ensure a smooth and quick move to Germany.

• Upon arrival, we pick up the trainees and employees from the airport and transport them to the designated destination. You will be responsible for providing their accommodation on site.

• You can decide how much financial or logistical support you want to provide your new trainees or employees after their arrival in Germany.

• We offer you, your trainees, and your employees comprehensive support during their integration in Germany and are available at any time to provide both sides with language and cultural guidance, administrative support, and assistance with administrative procedures.
